What are the costs of the buyer agent service?

 

With the properties in our portfolio, we charge a fee to the seller. That is why we can not be your buyer agent when it comes to properties we sell ourselves. You do receive our best guidance, making sure your purchase is safe. You will also receive all documentation, like contracts, in your own language.

If you want to purchase a property with another real estate agency, and need a buyer agent, we can help you. Since you as a buyer pay us for this service, we only serve your best interest. Not the one of the agent, neither the seller: just yours. This is very important to us, and we are 100% transparent about this to all the parties involved. You will pay us a flat fee, you will pay in 3 phases every time we meet objectives.

 

We love to offer this service since our clients tell us it did not only save them time, but also lots of worries and… Money. We do not ask for a success fee or commission; our fee is always flat. We are an expert at negotiation, so even if we save you thousands of euros, which won’t be the first time, you will just pay the flat fee.
